This Golden Retriever, Reema, loves going to the beach as part of her weekly routine. After Suzanne Clarke and her husband adopted the dog, they would often bring the dog with them whenever they travel. The couple would frequently visit different beaches on their trips, and the dog began to love this routine.
Reema and her fur parents visited different beaches in Belgium, Portugal, and Spain through the years. When Suzanne and her husband decided to buy a house, they planned to choose a house near the beach. One of the reasons is for Reema to continue enjoying the scenery of the beach.
However, there was a slight problem because properties near beaches are expensive. This is why the couple and the dog opted to live in Bridlington, England. The place is nice, but it would take time for them to go to the nearest beach.
When they settled, the couple ensured that they would visit the beach once in a while, so Reema would find time doing what she loves. According to Suzanne, Reema’s beach adventures have always been the highlight of their week. This is because the dog would often play on the beach as if there is no tomorrow.
One day, though, the dog became too sick to continue making a journey to the beach. The dog’s old age and sickness deterred the family’s beach adventures. Despite this, Suzanne was still very determined to bring the dog to where she loves spending the day.
Upon hearing the dog’s dilemma, Paul Dodds, a local taxi driver, did not think twice to help Suzanne and Reema. Paul is also a fan of the beach, so he helped Suzanne bring the pup to the nearest beach. This routine became a weekly thing, and Paul is delighted to be of help to the dog.
