Humans, like you and I, are bound to commit mistakes. And sometimes, we tend to mess up even the most important of things.
Like any other imperfect person out there, a 22-year-old mother from Russia committed a horrible fault that most parents are guilty of — forgetting a child!
What happened was, one afternoon, Olga, her newborn son, and their family’s Rottweiler went for a stroll at the park. While they were enjoying their walk, Olga surprisingly bumped into her friends. They went for chitchat at first, until eventually, they decided to go drinking.
A few hours later, Olga went beyond getting tipsy. She was so dizzy that she bid farewell to her buddies and went home alone, without remembering that her son and dog were with her. And as soon as she arrived at their house, she passed out.
When Olga woke up the next day, she realized that something was off. After shaking off the hangover, she realized that she forgot to bring her son and dog with her last night. She was alarmed and started contacting her parents, telling them that her baby got kidnapped.
Olga’s parents rushed to her home to comfort her and find out more about what happened. Then, they started phoning Olga’s friends, asking them for any clues. Meanwhile, Olga’s father tried to look for baby Vadim and Lada, the Rottweiler, at the park.
Startlingly, he saw his grandson lying safely in his pushchair, and beside him was their dog, who guarded him. Poor baby Vadim was soaked in his pee, and he was also starving and crying. But fortunately, he was found safe and unharmed overall, thanks to Lada, who kept away all the strangers.
In a way, Olga was fortunate to have left their responsible dog with her child. Leaving Lada was a blessing in disguise because, thanks to her, Vadim could safely return home in one piece.
